Structure-flex is one of Europe’s largest manufacturer of products made from flexible thermoplastic-coated technical textiles.
With over 50 years experience, in thermoplastic products, high-frequency welding and wide-format printing, we supply a diverse range of BSI-accredited products from our 50,000 sq. ft. production facility using the latest technology.

We’re the UK’s largest manufacturers of lorry tension curtains, including standard products, exclusive systems and bespoke services.
We also produce a portfolio of flexible thermoplastic products, including bulk packaging bags, proof test bags and the Mobildeich flood defence system. In addition, we possess some of the latest digital, large- and grand-format printing which enables us to produce vehicle livery, wraps and signage.

Digital Print
Digital printing onto flexible and rigid surfaces, including advertising, building wraps, canvas prints and more.
Bulk Packaging
Flexible thermoplastic packaging, including multi-trip bags and pillow tanks, from 500 to 250,000 litres for a range of applications.
Proof Test
Water-filled crane and proof test bags with full harness assemblies, available in standard and custom sizes from 1 to 110 tonnes.
