Specialists in flexible thermoplastic manufacturing, Structure-flex, have announced they will be exhibiting at LiftEx, the annual event for lifting equipment manufacturers.

Hosted by the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association, the event is the leading trade exhibition for those in the lifting and height safety equipment industries.

LiftEx will be held at the new West Hall in Olympia, London, on the 16^th and 17^th October.

With their extensive experience in the design and manufacture of water filled load test equipment, Structure-flex will be showcasing their innovations in proof testing for lifting structures, including crane, lifeboat, gangway and platform test bags.

“We’re looking forward to attending this year’s LiftEx event and showcasing our load test bags to those who, like us, understand how important load testing is for the safety of lifting operations” says Paul Reeve, Managing Director of Structure-flex.

Now in its nineteenth year, LiftEx will bring together specialists from all over the world from industries including construction, energy, offshore, transport, utilities and civil engineering.

A diverse range of products will be exhibited by a host of suppliers and manufacturers, including materials handling equipment, load monitoring equipment, slings and rigging, inspection software and test machinery.

With over 100 exhibiting brands and approximately 1,500 attendees, LiftEx promises to be an exciting two-day event filled with networking, seminars and training opportunities.

“We’ve been exhibiting at LiftEx since 2019 and it’s always bigger and better than the last! We were impressed by the number of genuine industry contacts we made at last year’s event and we’re excited to network with familiar and new faces this time around” adds Paul.

Structure-flex manufacture a diverse range of products from flexible thermoplastic technical textiles, which are bonded together using high frequency welding.

With over 25 years’ experience in the design, production and development of load testing equipment, Structure-flex supply to a global customer base in industries including marine and shipping, oil and gas and defence.

Having pioneered the now widely used 100 and 110 tonne crane test bags, Structure-flex also provide additional capacities ranging between 1 tonne to 55 tonnes, in standard and low-head varieties.
