We’ve been at the forefront of lorry tension curtains since 1970. Whilst the principle remains consistent, our materials and manufacturing have evolved enormously.
From our 50,000 sq. ft. facility, we manufacture lorry tension curtains using the very latest materials, print technology and high-frequency welding equipment.

Fixed Strap
Popular with a large proportion of the road haulage sector, we provide fixed strap lorry tension curtains to fit almost any vehicle or curtain configuration.
- High-frequency welded construction, using modern equipment and tooling
- PVC coated weldable webbing construction for top hem and buckle line with 1,300kg minimum break load rating. (2,300kg for EN-XL verticals)
- Vertical welded webbings at 600mm centres, continuing down to bottom hem as opposed to terminating at buckle line, for enhanced strength during tensioning
- Pole pockets and all corner cut out areas reinforced for durability
- Top hem weather flaps available, to help prevent water ingress under pelmet
- All reinforcements with durable 900gsm material, the same colour as the curtain itself, as opposed to lightweight grey economy fabric
- Front and rear keder ends available.
- Rollers to suit cant rail profile – stem, nethanger, bobbin variants
- Wide range of buckles – over centre, locking, tysafe, pushtab, tautliner
- Choice of bottom strap colour – black, grey, red, blue, green
- Stitched hem, deep bottom hem and rope beaded hem options
Pocket Strap
Preferred by some for their additional strength and smoother surface, we supply pocket strap lorry tension curtains for both existing and new vehicles.
- Still preferred by some operators and endorsed by Boallaoy Tautliners for many years for perceived greater strength and smoother surface when tensioned
- High-frequency welded construction, using modern equipment and tooling
- Vertical woven polyester straps with 1,800kg rating, passing though three high-frequency welded plastic eyelets
- Pole pockets and all corner cut-out areas reinforced for durability
- Top hem weather flaps available to help prevent water ingress under pelmet
- All reinforcements with durable 900gsm material, the same colour as the curtain itself, as opposed to lightweight grey economy fabric
- Rollers to suit cant rail profile – single/double wheel stem, nethanger or waisted ring bobbin variations
- Choice of top strap/bottom strap colour – black, grey, red, blue, green
- Stitched hem, deep bottom hem and rope beaded hem options
