Tension Curtains
Manufactured from 900gsm 2×2 Panama PVC coated polyester, our tension curtains are high-gloss lacquered and available in both pocket and fixed strap style.
Many additional features can be added to meet your specific requirements, including increasing safety, security, durability and providing insulation for chilled and ambient produce.

Smoothside
The unique Smoothside system transforms the appearance of a curtain sider and enables the complete side to display branding, also improving aerodynamics.
Unlike standard tension curtains, there are no visible straps or buckles, presenting a more visually appealing option on which to be as creative as you choose.

Step Double/Double Deck
Curtains to suit even the largest of vehicles and trailers – from step decks and double decks, to curved fronts and standard steps.
To prevent wear, additional wear bands are fitted at both deck and pillar positions and the flap arrangement is manufactured with additional reinforcement at the step position.

Reflex
Reflex is a rapid-access body system developed specifically for multi-drop operations that require frequent opening and closing.
It provides smooth operation and high durability, with the option to individually lock each door for added security.

SlidaFlex
Slidaflex is a sliding cover system for the steel haulage industry amongst others, and is available as a complete body kit or as a replacement cover.

The SlidaFlex system allows the loading floor area of both trucks and trailers to be effortlessly and quickly opened and closed enabling ease-of-access, with no need for the driver to leave the ground, improving safety as well as loading/unloading turnaround.
Rollover Sheets
Rollover sheets are manufactured from 900gsm 2×2 Panama PVC coated polyester and are available to suit a variety of bathtub style tipping trailers. Engineered for performance and durability, these sheets are the perfect solution for bulk hauliers transporting aggregates, grain, waste and other loose materials.

Adaico Ada-Slider
The cost-effective Adaico Ada-Slider is now available from Structure-flex, the UK’s largest supplier of lorry tension curtains. The Ada-Slider features a reinforced sliding curtain secured with a single tensioning lock to provide easy access and a smooth surface for branding.

Having worked for over 20 years with market leading specialist poultry trailer manufacturer Panema Trailers, we offer poultry side curtains, which incorporate open weavePVC mesh panels running along the entire curtain drop designed to leave a gap above the floor. These features enable a high level of airflow, so poultry do not suffer temperature discomfort during transportation.

Insulation
Temperature control for non-frozen perishable goods, incorporating an insulating layer of air-filled aluminium membrane and a further layer of 630gsm PVC.
The thermal insulation layer covers the entire length of the curtain – not just the area between the vertical buckle webbings – creating an additional 10% insulation on each side.

Security
Security and anti-vandal
Side curtains incorporating a visible security system to deter trailer entry, theft and vandalism.
Helps combat knife slashing by slowing down the offender and requiring more time-consuming ‘snipping’.
Anti-vandal mesh
Stainless steel close-woven chain mail attached to 630gsm PVC coated polyester and welded to the inside face of the side curtain. Available in 1m, 2m or bespoke heights.
Sio-Steel
100mm x 100mm grid of 4mm wide stainless steel strips within the curtain face, with an additional layer of 630gsm PVC coated polyester. Heights of 900mm, 1200mm or 1800mm.
Load Restraint Nets
We can offer almost any configuration of straps and nets which can also be combined with our curtain systems.
They feature high-frequency welded construction using close woven polyester-coated PVC mesh for clear load visibility – plus heavy-duty PVC coated webbings, solid panel sections or complete nets.
