Bespoke Big Bags

Manufactured from thermoplastic coated textiles, our big bags range from 500kg to 2,500kg and are designed with features which suit each specific application in terms of strength and compatibility.

The 'Original Big Bag'

Since 1970, the ‘Original Big Bag’ has provided exceptionally safe storage and transportation of bulk powders and granules.

It continues to be the first choice in challenging environments across the world, including oil & gas industries in the Middle East and Gulf of Mexico.

The Original Big Bag is available in various designs and capacities, ranging from 500kg to 2,500kg.

Operators have grown accustomed to its independently validated 8:1 safety factors and class-leading durability.

The UV resistant thermoplastic-coated textile and waterproof properties of the high-frequency welded construction makes it ideal for hygroscopic materials. This also makes it suitable for uncovered external storage, not possible with polypropylene FIBC bags.

Strap Bags

Strap Bags are designed to be used in similar applications to FIBC polypropylene bags – but with a far higher degree of customisation, stability and lifespan.

All seams are high-frequency welded to be dust and waterproof. The PVC coated textile offers excellent UV protection and is highly stable.

Ring Bags

Ring Bags are designed to be used with our bespoke hinged lifting ring and are suited to crane – or hoisted-based handling.

By eliminating traditional lifting straps, Ring Bags provide much longer in-field service.

Baffle Bags

Baffle Bags incorporate a series of internal baffles, enabling the bag to retain a uniform shape and provide greater stability.

Baffles are introduced to square or rectangular bags and the number, location and shape can vary depending on application. Cut-outs promote even flow during emptying.

Bags containing semi-liquid or free-flowing contents benefit greatly because they are more stable during transportation. The ‘form-stable’ nature means they are well suited to warehouse storage, where dimensional stability (e.g. on pallets) is required.

Large Tanks

We produce large pillow and open top tanks used internationally for projects as diverse as humanitarian aid, oil & gas exploration and cleaning solar panels!

Pillow Tanks

Known as pillow, bladder or lay-flat tanks, these bags remain an economical and ever-popular method of storing or transporting potable water, grey water, diesel and other fuels.

Supplied with 630gsm protective PVC groundsheet, they can be deployed on a variety of terrain and are widely used in humanitarian, fire-fighting, exploration, mining, military, agriculture and construction applications.

Relatively light and easily foldable, they can be transported to isolated places empty or truck-mounted when full.

PILLOW TANKS

Open Top Tanks

Our range of open top or ‘onion’ tanks are self-supporting, frame free and designed to be quickly and easily deployed and filled.

They are ideal for the humanitarian, fire-fighting, mining, military, agriculture and construction sectors.

They incorporate a foam or air filled collar, which rises as water is introduced. A protective top cover with securing ties prevents debris from falling in and protects water from UV light.

Very easy to clean, they can be used to store drinking, grey or waste water. They are often used to introduce treatment chemicals or as a settlement tank at the beginning of a filtration system.
